Well I went 20 days...

w/o a migraine and got one yesterday. I think the sun triggered it. I laid out in the sun and didn't wear sunglasses and when I came in I was starting to get a headache. I didn't take anything and of course it developed into a migraine. Can sunlight trigger one? ----- Melissa D. Morgan ellison7@...

Hi Missy... Sunlight is one of my triggers, not only during the summer but the winter months too. It's not just the sun it's the barometric pressure for me. I think you might have found another trigger to your migraines. Always make sure you wear those sunglasses, it does help, sometimes...Patty w/o a migraine and got one yesterday.
