total body phenom.
Mine are also accompanied by forgetfulness and short-term memory loss. Does anyone else have these symptoms? Yes, migraine definitely is a "total body phenomenon". Take Care, Laura Amen to that! Yes, I too have these symptoms, if not from the headache itself, from the meds. I guess no one who does not have them can truly understand what we go through. There is nothing like first-hand experience to open one's eyes! Feel better, Linda

I look at my husband and say "what am I trying to say??" He is pretty good and usually know's what I was about to say after living with this for so long. I also get numbness on the effected side as well as lots of "hits" along the trigeminal pathway, one minute my cheek will get a little electric shock, then my upper lip, then my chin. I have had experiences where the whole side of my face goes numb, like after you have had a bunch of shots at the dentist...this would be just fine with me if it meant the head wouldn't hurt...head still hurts like hell but my skin is numb...very wierd! Hugs to all, Jan
