The judge ruled that I am the sole owner of the window and the 8 gargoyls that I saved. The mayor is realy pissed off. I had a leagal document drawn up giving these items to the historical socity so the city cannot sell them. They are to stay in our musium and be restored. They will be put on display as soon as they are restored. I can`t do anything with them. The window weights over 500lbs. The gargoyls weigh 75lbs a piece. I am proud to have saved them for all to see. I have no place to display them. My name will be on them as the donator. Now for the bad part. I did a lot of damage to my body pulling, pushing and lifting these things. I am on bed rest for a week and taking musle relaxers and vicodin for pain. I think this is a small price to pay for saving a piece of our citys history. They will be here next week to pick up the items. Steve Y.

Gang: I live in small town USA. All disputes are settled in the mayors office before charges are filed. Anyone at any time can walk into our mayors office at any time of day. This is how we settle things before the lawyers get involved. This is how we settle things so fast. Crimminal matters are a differant matter. We have to send our crooks to the county for prossicution and that can take up to a year. Steve Y.
