sleeping !!

ITS BEEN 6 MONTHS SINCE BYPASS SURGERY AND I CANNOT SLEEP. STAY AWAKE ALL NIGHT AND SLEEP MAYBE 1 OR TWO HRS DURING THE DAY. SLEEPING PILLS DONT WORK - ANY IDEAS?

    Hi Excal After my bypass I would sleep a short while in bed, then in the recliner, then on the sofa and back to bed for a short while. My cardio then had me try over the counter benedril.
