Rita

Hi Rita, your weddings sound lovely. In 2004, almost anything goes as far as weddings, times have changed a lot, since we walked down that aisle, we just have to welcome and accept whatever is going on, if we don't mom and dads are the ones that will lose out for the future. I think we all have to push a little, then we get tried and then have a nap, then ready to go again... like I've been doing yard work, raking and blowing, gathering pine cones, twigs, and leaves, only took a week, but I'm done !! Tired. dirty and happy that I was able to do that!! Take care, Donna in Roseville, MN

Hello Rita, It sounds like you too have been to hell and back. So now it is ok for you to take the blood thinners? Are you taking other meds for the stomach? How did you know you had a stroke in your eye? The reason I ask is this, Charlie woke up once in ICU and wanted to know why they changed everything in the room to red. He said the clock was red and the machines were red, along with sheets and everything. Now he no longer sees everything red; but he sees streaks of colors in one eye. We mentioned this in ICU and they just shrugged their heads. Now I am concerned. Barbee Hello Barbee sometimes we get this little setbacks...do not vory l am sure Charlie will be fine...l remember smell of food made me sick too a few days after surgery....but it went away... You are going to need your rest...l know my family was woren out afterwords...and so happy to get me home.. My husband took 2 weeks off to take care of me....that was so wonderfull.. Luca just had off from Christmas to this week...and a good thing l realy needed him home...l had a stroke December 3... cause l could not take bloodthinners...made my stomach bleed...l had a stroke on the Optic nerve...everything else in my body works fine...l am now blind on the left eye....but on bloodthinners... that reminds me...med time here...lol
