~*~*~*~For any one interested, I received a reply from the newscaster in regard to her joke about Migraines. I didn't think I was out of line but she got a little jab in that was unnecessary. I have responded right back to her, for sure! My letter is first, her reply is in CAPS. (very impolite) ~Lyn~
OOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!! Makes me just want to punch her right in the nose! Occasional severe headache! Headache? This is so infuriating. Occasional? I and so many other untold people suffer from these "occasional severe headaches" and it has taken my life away from me. Maybe we should all just mass e-mail her. Just kidding. Errrrg! What a moron! I really could care less whether she has had migraines or not.. but a supposed journalist to totally demean viewer feedback and to defend her trivialising a medical condition is just disgusting! How dare she! Especially in RESPONSE to someone that she already knows is one of the ones she offended! Just bloody rude. I'd forward this to the head of the network in fact let us all know which network... and try to get the butthead fired. And as long as it's going to the head of the network we should let them know what we think of the "news" becoming advertising time for Excedrin. ta, Lena
