Recovery Time
Was interested to hear just how long it has taken people to competely recover from their by-pass surgery. Had mine done just over 12 months ago and am still getting knocked up etc. Thought I would be completly over it all by now. Also does anybody ever go into the Chat room? I have been in there several times and am always the only person in there. Thank you.
I have a question for the group. Does anyone experience weeks of feeling well, and then days of not so good? Especially months after surgury? I work out on the treadmill every morning 30 minutes and try to eat healthy, but, some days I just am not feeling as well as I would hope. The symtoms are vague.... I have seen my cardio, and He says I am doing great! It is 8 months post op for me, but I had a long recoup time in the hospital, and later at home. It took me longer than average to get back my stength and feel good again. (triple by pass and aortic valve repair) I just am not sure how much of it is emotional and fear, and how much is real? Would appreciate any in- put. mandyofca
