Heart Bypass Surgery

Did any of you ladies see the March issue of Glamour magazine? On page 44, they show a picture of the 2005 Heart Disease Awareness bracelet. It's a really cute charm bracelet with Swarvoski crystals. Sterling, Red Dress, Red Hearts. They are $55 and $10 from each purchase goes to the American Heart Association. There is a charge for shipping. They gave 800-426-3088 as the number to call and order. I wanted one, so I called. And they were out. This bracelet is retired, so they won't be getting any more in this style. But they asked which state I live, and gave me several cities with storefronts to check. I took the numbers of the two closest to me; Dallas & Plano. Dallas store was out, but I was able to order mine from the Plano store. I think they have only 6 left in Plano. But if any of you are interested I can give you that number....it's 469-366-9952. But you may have a local store in your own state. I recall reading about these in another magazine recently. I believe that it was the actress Gina Davis who put these in gift bags for some celebrity event she hosted. Evidently a new style comes out each year. I particularly liked this one. It's much nicer than any I found on eBay or on the net. Any way....thought I'd pass that info along to the jewelry lovers in the bunch. Connie
