Medicare/medicaid
I've been on medicaid for several years and have found that at least half the docs in my area refuse to see me because of my coverage. Those that do have to see at least some medicaid patients each month in order to keep their aditting privleges at a local hospital. Its a condition the facilities bylaws. Most times when you see one of these docs you get a half hearted effort at help if that much and then they'll find some excuse to nudge or push you out the door. It gets even worse when you have severa subborn medical problems such as mine. They don't want to know you. Period. ~~~The conventional wisdom and accepted facts are dead wrong! ~~~Don't go for second best, it's never good enough!
