If the allergies cause pressure in your sinuses, they could contribute to or even cause a migraine, or they could feel worse during a migraine, or both. My GP recommended that I use Benadryl. I had previously used Contac-C, which usually stopped the flood, but I find Benadryl works very well. Jeff
