Dayton, Just got this from the wife, Fornby's Paint & Varnish remover, but any no name will do. The trick is to let it sit & let the remover do the work. It may bubble quickly, but it hasn't gotten all the paint, so don't scrape it until the 10-15 minutes has past. Don't work in the sun or the breeze, either. It will dry it up, before it works. We scrap with a putty knife and then use a hand sander if necessary. Rus
