Hello and new support website info

Not unless he starts flooding the list with it. Even commercial ventures deserve a post or so a year to let us know about relevant goings-on.

Well as far as I am concerned if it is a newsletter about an illness I don't consider it spam. Besides I like the stuff to and I enjoy spam and eggs. Another no-no combination. I had my first cabg in 1979 and I am just starting to slow down now. I like to read about medical things anyway. Spam sandwiches are pretty good too even if they are not fried, lol! Thanks Robert. I have found, as my heart disease has progressed and I am able to do less and less, that hearing the stories and successes of people not only with heart problems, but also other chronic or life threatening diseases gives me hope and encouragement. That's what the newsletter is all about along with health news and humor. No marketing. No popup ads. Just heartfelt sharing and care. I won't even put a SPAM ad in it (well maybe I will just as a joke. Phil Cramer --- In BypassSurgeryRecoverySupport@y..., "robert himes" at: www.stillsdisease.org

Thanks Joe. I assure you that I will not flood the list. This is not a commercial product. If anything, it's a lose-my-shirt venture, but is one that is highly beneficial to me and to many other people for the encouragement derived from it.
