Dana, Give yourself a break. You can worry yourself sick so just take it slow. Eat what you like until you get the smoking conquered. Getting frustrated makes it harder not to smoke. Once you have your strength back then you can worry about the food. Walk a little bit everyday if you can and try not to worry about everything. Easy to say,huh! I am a worrier so I know what that's like and it is not good for us to do that. Do things you enjoy if you can. It takes a long time to really make the changes you need to be healthy and you have plenty of time so just go slow and don't do it all at once. Ann
