Frustrated!
I feel so frustrated today because of this migraine. I thought the mild one I had last weekend was "it" and I'd get away easy this month. There's so much I want and need to do today, but it involves working on the computer and reading and I can't do it. It is beyond me how some of you continue to function like normal people with this pain! I hope to be able to see a doctor soon. Going back to bed, Katherine
Dear Katherine, I don't know how I missed your e-mail, but I did. I hope that you are feeling better today. Please try not to be so hard on yourself, although I am a fine one to talk. All of us are in the same boat, but we are all different in our levels of pain, our level of functioning and our level of tolerance. Having migraines is not normal but like any other illness it doesn't mean that we aren't normal. We just do the best we can each day. Some days I can't get out of bed and other days I can get quite a bit accomplished even with the pain. I too, hope that you get to see a doctor soon. My appointment with the pain clinic is this Thursday. I am really hoping that they can help me as this seems to be the end of the line for me. According to the docs I have been on or am allergic too everything else. Write soon, Love, Sandra

I would be such a danger on the road since I'd have my eyes closed & an ice pack over them! But seriously even if I take my meds & the pain subsides the side effects & other symptoms are still there & I'm way too foggy, shakey, dizzy whatever to drive, go to work, or do anything outside the house. ~Lyn~
