Digest Number 1231
Gail, Rita, Ann, Connie, Rus et all; Really thoughtful posts. Gail, sorry for your troubles and glad your husband found a way for you to be on line. And Rita, I just got a chance to go to the link you gave us (after fighting with my computer, techs, customer support people). It lifted me in a strange way. I have no idea why so much sorrow is going on in our world right now, but pray can't hurt. An editorial in our local paper mentioned that our town is about the size of the people lost in the tzami. And to see the brave people who are physically helping there...they can also use our support. Now about me, rolling my eyes, I had the cancer surgery in 2001, the bypass in 2003, and the "stents" in 2004. After the last thing the cardio put me on plavix. Now, since I am having surgery (outpatient, outgallbladder) the 12th, I am off the plavix. Whoa! It makes me feel anxious to be off the plavix. Add that to my normal anxiety at bed time, concern about my job still being there, and fear of one more surgery and I am grinding my teeth. I am going to go do some breathing exercises and see if that helps. <<<<hugs <<<<<<<<<<<gentle hugs not be afraid of hugs.
