COQ10 AND ASPIRIN

    I've read the body does most of it's cholesterol uptake at night, so I take my Lovastatin before bed. The rest of my stuff - including aspirin, I just sort of balance out by size. Not sure where I'll put coQ10; probably 100mg both am and pm.
