Hi Melissa, I've just started using a very good migraine diary that is sent out free from the Migraine Association of Canada. I just sent an email to cindy@... (got that from the website - www.migraine.ca) with my name and address and it came within a week. I'm not certain that they will send it internationally (not sure where you live) but I'm not a member of the association, and they sent it to me no questions asked, so I bet they're pretty flexible. - Lena
