After Triple Bypass Surgery

Hi, I had triple bypass surgery on Sep. 9th, 2005. After the surgery, I developed complications with my breathing (lungs collasped), and liver and kidney failure. I was is a coma for 10 days. Thankfully, everything returned to functioning, and I came home on Sep 24th. My husband was home to take care of me. I slowly started walking and exercising, and I feel pretty good. However, 6 months later, my uppper arms are still extremely sore, and I have not gained the flexibilty I think I should have in my arms. I cannot raise them over my head. Also, my chest is still tender (not pain). Is this normal to feel this way? Toni
